Emagination Game Design
Teens 15-18 learn valuable real world skills as they experience the process of creating video games as practiced in the industry today. Teens learn to use industry standard software --- Maya®, 3ds Max®, Photoshop® and Unreal Engine 3®. Then students choose a role on the development team to build a playable 3D video game. Roles include 3D Animator, Level Designer, Audio Artist and Programmer.
Student teams present their game to a panel of industry experts, tour a game studio and learn from game studio guest speakers.
